ALL OF OUR ITEMS GO THROUGH A VIGOROUS AUTHENTICITY CHECK AND WILL NOT BE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE UNLESS WE ARE 100% SURE THEY ARE AUTHENTIC.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN POSTED YOU WILL RECIEVE A TRACKING LINK & NUMBER VIA EMAIL, YOU MAY ALSO RECIEVE A TEXT/EMAIL FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY WHO WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED ON YOUR PARCELS PROGRESS.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
OUR RETURN POLICY ALLOWS YOU TO INITIATE A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST AND RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURN POSTAGE LIE WITH THE BUYER UNTIL THE ITEM SAFELY REACHES OUR FACILITY. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED AND SIGNED-FOR SERVICE TO ENSURE THE SECURE DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS AND TO PREVENT ANY POTENTIAL LOSS BY THE CHOSEN POSTAL SERVICE.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE SENT OUT, UNWORN, WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FOR HYGIENE REASONS, WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF PERFUME/MAKEUP/BODY ODORS, OR EXPOSURE TO CIGARETTE SMOKE ETC.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA OUTLINED IN THE RETURN POLICY WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER. PLEASE NOTE YOU COULD BE ASKED TO COVER THE DELIVERY COST OF ANY REJECTED RETURN ITEMS.
