Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.
Please note that the cost and responsibility of return postage lie with the buyer until the item safely reaches our facility. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure the secure delivery of your items and to prevent any potential loss by the chosen postal service.
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in the same condition as when they were sent out and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of perfume/makeup/body odors, or exposure to cigarette smoke etc.
Items that do not meet the criteria outlined in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of any rejected return items.
Refund:
Once the above criteria has been met we will process your refund within 24 hours - depending on the payment method and your bank these funds may take between 5-7 working days to arrive.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
